For support requests or issues related with our software, please visit My Account and open a request. You do need to have purchased a license to receive support.

If you have never logged in before, or have forgotten your password, you may use the Password Request page to send yourself a link to set it.

In order to provide better service and manage the volume of support requests we receive, we regrettably no longer provide support via email.
