Thank you for your interest in one of our products! We regularlly get requests from individuals and resellers asking questions about the sales process. This page is an attempt to answer those questions, without having to wait for a support or email response.

Do you offer educational or student discounts?

No, we don‘t currently offer discounts for students or educators.

Most companies that provide education discounts fall into two categories: trying to get users bought into a software ecosystem or signing up for a subscription service. Examples include companies like Adobe, Microsoft or GitHub.

Our products don‘t fit into either category. Thus, student and educational discounts add extra work (verifying eligibility) and at the same time result in less income to run the company with.

For users where the price is of primary concern, there are many open-source options that provide similar functionality, albeit with less convenience.

Do you offer reseller discounts?

No, we do not currently offer discounts for resellers. Purchasing our products online is very simple and straight-forward.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Bulk discounts are offered for some products. If a discount is available, it will be automatically reflected on the Buy page and in the Cart.

What is the pricing for product X?

Adding a license to the cart will display the cost of the quantity desired. All prices are in US Dollars.

Do you collect VAT or other taxes?

We are located in the United States, in the state of New Hampshire. Local, state and federal laws here do not require collecting any sort of tax for digital goods (software license keys).

What are the payment options and terms?

Payments can processed via credit card or PayPal. Once items are added to the Cart, the user will have an option to check out using their preferred payment method.

License keys are made available via My Account once payment has cleared. For credit card and PayPal balance payments, license keys are normally available within minutes. PayPal payments funded by a bank account may take a week or more to clear.

How is the product delivered, and what are the terms?

Delivery of the product license keys is performed via My Account once the payment clears.

Can I purchase on behalf of another company?

Yes.

Be sure to enter the name and email of the end user/company on the Buy page, and then enter the purchaser details when checking out.

In this case, the licensing emails are sent to both the purchaser email and the license email account.
