Refund Policy

Refunds for software licenses are only available if:

  1. The software does not function as described on the product pages
  2. We are sent a support request within 30 days of purchase
  3. We are unable to provide a new version with the bug fixed within 30 days of the support request
  4. Due to the digital nature of license keys, we are unable to provide refunds for any other reason.

    Evaluation Versions

    Please note that we provide evaluation versions of all of our software to help determine the suitability for your use case. The evaluation versions provide full functionality and we encourage all users to try our software before purchasing a license.
